How does billing work?
Pay once, keep the GBs forever. No monthly fees, no expiration. Use 1 GB this week and the rest next year — we don’t touch your bandwidth.
Can I choose specific countries or cities?
Yes. All 195 countries and major cities are included. Add __ and the targeting parameters, separated by ;, to your proxy username — e.g. user__cr.us, user__cr.gb;city.london. Your dashboard builds the exact username for you.
How do I rotate IPs?
Every request rotates by default. For a sticky IP add a session id to your username — e.g. user__cr.us;sessid.abc123;sessttl.10 keeps the same IP for 10 minutes. Sessions last 30 minutes unless you set sessttl (1–120 minutes).
What tools work out of the box?
Anything that speaks HTTP or SOCKS5 with user:pass auth. Tested with curl, Python requests, Scrapy, Puppeteer, Playwright, Go net/http, and every commercial scraping stack.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — unused packs are fully refundable within 24 hours of purchase. Reach out via Discord or email and we’ll issue it within the business day. After the first GB is consumed, sales are final.
