Welcome to Prox'Easy. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before purchasing or using any of our proxy services.

1. Service Description

Prox'Easy provides dedicated mobile proxy services, including 4G and 5G mobile proxies with dedicated IP addresses, HTTP and SOCKS5 protocol support, IP rotation capabilities, and unlimited bandwidth. Our proxies are provided through multiple infrastructure providers to ensure reliability and coverage across various geographic locations.

2. Account Registration

To use our services, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use our proxy services only for lawful purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations
  • Unauthorized access to computer systems, networks, or data
  • Distribution of malware, viruses, or other harmful software
  • Sending unsolicited bulk communications (spam)
  • Activities that infringe upon intellectual property rights
  • Child exploitation or abuse material of any kind
  • Harassment, threats, or intimidation of any individual
  • Fraudulent activities or identity theft
  • Any activity that disrupts or interferes with our services or infrastructure

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy without notice or refund.

The full policy — including network and infrastructure abuse, fair usage, how we enforce it, and how to report abuse — is set out in our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

4. Billing and Payments

Services are billed on a recurring basis according to the billing cycle selected at purchase (monthly, quarterly, or as otherwise specified). Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle. We accept payments via cryptocurrency and PayPal.

You may add funds to your account balance at any time. Account credit will be automatically applied to outstanding invoices for services with auto-renewal enabled. Invoices are generated 7 days before the service due date.

5. Auto-Renewal

By default, all proxy services are set to auto-renew. You may disable auto-renewal for any individual proxy at any time through your client area dashboard. When auto-renewal is disabled:

  • No renewal invoice will be generated for that service
  • Your account balance will not be used for that service
  • The proxy will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will expire

You may re-enable auto-renewal at any time. If re-enabled near the due date, a renewal invoice will be generated promptly.

6. Refund Policy

All payments and deposits are non-refundable. This includes subscription fees, account credit top-ups, and any other charges. By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

In exceptional circumstances, refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. Account credit is non-refundable and non-transferable.

7. Service Cancellation

You may request cancellation of any service through your client area. Two cancellation types are available:

  • Immediate: The service will be terminated promptly and all associated resources will be released.
  • End of Billing Period: The service will remain active until the current billing period ends, then be terminated.

Upon termination, proxy credentials, IP addresses, and associated resources are permanently released and cannot be recovered.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability for all proxy services. However, we do not guarantee 100% uptime. Service availability may be affected by maintenance, infrastructure provider issues, network conditions, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance in advance.

9. Fair Usage

While our proxies include unlimited bandwidth, we reserve the right to implement fair usage measures if a single account's usage significantly impacts service quality for other customers. We will notify you before taking any action related to fair usage.

10. Privacy and Data

We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws. We collect only the information necessary to provide our services and process payments. We do not sell, share, or distribute your personal information to third parties except as required by law. 11. Limitation of Liability

Prox'Easy provides proxy services on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or financial losses.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the 30 days preceding the event.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at any time if:

  • You violate these Terms of Service or our Acceptable Use Policy
  • Your account has outstanding unpaid invoices beyond the grace period
  • We are required to do so by law or legal process
  • Your use of services poses a risk to our infrastructure or other customers

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active customers via email.

14. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the jurisdiction in which Prox'Easy operates.
