Questions
Is it a real phone?
Yes. It is a physical iPhone or Android phone with its own SIM card and mobile number on a real carrier network, reserved for you while you rent it. The number stays with the phone, so don't use it for accounts you will need after your rental ends.
How do renewals work?
We send the renewal invoice before your rental ends, and your phone renews as soon as the invoice is paid. You can turn renewal off on My Phones at any time.
What happens if I don't pay in time?
When a rental ends, the phone is reset and everything on it is erased. Pay the renewal invoice before the end date to keep your phone. The full rules are in our Terms of Service.
